Asparagus Custard Quiche Recipe- So Easy & Delicious

1 refrigerated pie crust
1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed
Flour to dust work area

Custard ingredients:
2 eggs
2/3 cup half & half
½ cup good cheese grated - Gruyère or Parmesan are nice to use
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, minced (in the produce section)
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450. Bring crust to room temperature. Open onto a floured work surface, turn to lightly coat with flour, then turn again. With a rolling pin, working from the center out, gently and evenly thin the crust. Transfer to a lightly greased quiche pan. Double over the edge to form the sides, then pinch the top edge to form an attractive crust. Bake for 15 minutes.Remove from oven and cool for about 30 min..
Reduce oven to 350.
Steam asparagus until cooked. Drain on paper and trim the spears to fit with tips pointing out on the pie crust.
Whisk custard ingredients and pour over asparagus. Bake for 20 minutes or until center is a bit soft but fully cooked.

Hi Judy, Are you sure that it's not a renewal notice with a bill for the renewal subscription? I would just write "cancel subscription" on the bill and send it back. I'm really sorry that you're having a problem. Please let me know if it's a bill or a renewal notice. You can email me at mimisjewelbox@gmail.com if you need more help. I'll be happy to help you.
Mimi
