Grape And Walnut Salad Recipe

This recipe makes a sweet and refreshing dessert. It's perfect for parties, family gatherings, the dinner table, or just for snacking.

Grape and Walnut Salad
3 lbs seedless grapes
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 oz sour cream
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts (pecans are good, too)
1/2 cup light brown sugar

Wash and remove grape stems, set aside in a large bowl. In another large bowl, combine the granulated sugar, sour cream, cream cheese, and vanilla and stir until smooth . Pour over grapes and gently mix. In a separate bowl, mix together the nuts and brown sugar. Spread the brown sugar and nut mixture over the grapes. Chill for several hours or overnight. If you have a small family, half the recipe. Now serve and watch it disappear!
